New properties in Bourg d’Oisans

We have just added 2 new properties to our self catered holiday homes in Bourg d’Oisans.

The first is a 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of Bourg d’Oisans (right next to the La Marmotte) start. The open plan apartment has 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 people. The property also has WIFI. More information and availability can be found here.

The second property is an old farm that sleeps 10 in single beds and is based about 7km from Bourg d’Oisans. The road to Bourg d’Oisans is flat and the house is perfect for groups of people and is obviously near Alpe d’Huez and the Col du Glandon/ Col de la Croix de Fer. Two new luxury holiday apartments in Alpe d’Huez

We have secured two 4 bedroom apartments in Alpe d’Huez for the summer of 2011. As we have only just added them to our books they are available for all the key dates throughtout june and july. The apartments come with 8 single beds secure bike storage and use of the shared swimming pool, jacuzzis and saunas.

New 2 bedroom apartment available in Bourg d’Oisans

We are really pleased to announce that we have a new apartment for rental in the centre of Bourg d’Oisans from April 2011. As it has only just become available to us we still have availability for the Tour de France, La Marmotte, Alpe d’Huez Triathlon and Alpe d’Huzes.

The apartment is in the same building as our 1 bedroom garden apartment and has 2 twin bedrooms, lounge, kitchen, bathroom and integral bike storage.

Five new Self Catered Properties in Danchère – Lauvitel

We are pleased to announce that we are now selling self catered accommodation at Chalet Lauvitel in Danchère just outside of Venosc in the Oisans.

The three old gites are available all year round and can either be rented as three separate units or if there is a big group of you then one whole unit sleeping upto 30 people.

Alpe d’Huez Triathlon Accommodation 2010

We have just released two apartments on bend 16 of Alpe d’Huez in the small village of Garde en Oisans. One is a studion apartment with a double bed while the other is a 1 bedroom apartment with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. Both have a secure area for the storage of your bike. The triathlon will pass directly outside of the apartments.

Self Catered Holidays Apartments in Garde en Oisans – Bend 16 Alpe d’Huez

We are pleased to announce that we have 2 new apartments available in La Garde en Oisans on bend 16 of Alpe d’Huez just outside Bourg d’Oisans in the Oisans region of the French Alps.

Apartment 1 has absolutely stunning views across the Gorge de la Sarrene. Approximately a 20 minute drive to the ski resort of Alpe d’Huez or 10 minutes down to the valley town of Bourg d’Oisans the location is great for summer cyclists and winter skiers, or come in April and try both! The apartment is compact but is light and airy and comprises, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with bath and overshower, and an open plan living/dining area with kitchenette. The living area has a sofa bed suitable for one or two people and television, dining table and chairs. The kitchenette is well equipped with fridge/freezer, two-ring hob, sink, microwave, and dishwasher.There is a basement for secure storage of bikes and other sports equipment.A great base for cyclists and skiers alike.

Apartment 2  – A studio apartment sleeping one or two people is great value for money, and comprises an open plan sleeping/living area with double bed, television and dining table and chairs, a separate kitchenette and bathroom with bath and over tap shower. The kitchenette is well equipped with two-ring hob, microwave, fridge, and sink unit. There is a basement for secure storage of bikes and other sports equipment.

For those that do not know the town, Bourg d’Oisans is a great location for your summer holiday with loads of great activities such as white water rafting, open air swimming pool, hiking, climbing, mountain biking and more. The town boasts a regional market, shops, restaurants, bars, cafes and street entertainment during the evenings.

Week long stays start from just £400 GBP per property and we have a selection of properties from 1 to 4 bedrooms.

For all our guests staying in one of our properties we are offering a 10% discount on all cycle hire.

We are now taking bookings for our last apartment (sleeps 2) for Christmas and New Year 2009 in the heart of the French Alps 

For Christmas, bookings will commence Sun 20^th Dec and for New Year, Sun 27^th Dec, but with this accommodation we can be flexible so let us know if you have different requirements.

Bourg d’Oisans is the ideal spot between Les Deux Alpes for the Mountain of Hell and Alpe d’Huez for the Megavalanche in July each year.
